5 TENNIS / 10 PICKLEBALL COURTS and LOUNGE

Lake Geneva Tennis is a 44,000 sq ft 5 indoor tennis court facility.  Each tennis court is lined for 2 pickleball courts (10 total).  There is an upstairs lounge (5,000 sq ft) overlooking the courts with a tv, ping pong tables and bar/sink.

6 PICKLEBALL COURTS and LOUNGE

Lake Geneva Pickleball is a 16,000 sq ft 6 indoor pickleball court facility.  There is a lounge (1,500 sq ft) in the middle of the building with a tv, tables and chairs and couches.
