LGT Players Qualify to Midwest District Cup

Entering the tournament as the 3rd seed, Cady held her spot and reached the U12 Semi-finals after defeating Kaede Usui in a thriller three set 2-6, 6-2, 10-4. On day 3, Cady fell to Ashley Matz of Brookfield in the Semis. With her 3rd place finish, Cady will represent the State of Wisconsin at the District Cup.
After falling to the number 1 seed, Hammond rallied and won the consolation draw defeating Usui in the back draw finals 6-1, 6-1. Hammond will join Cady on the U12 District Cup Team to represent the state of Wisconsin at the Midwest Sections Tournament

In her four matches, Brantmeier didn’t drop a set on her way to earning the Wisconsin District Qualifier Girls Title U14. Brantemeier faced her toughest challenge in the finals against Qavia J. Lopez of Milwaukee being pushed to a tight first set. Reese still came on top earning a 7-5, 6-1 win to lead the roster for the Wisconsin District Team representing the State at the Midwest Sectionals.
